This looks like the December batch of Looksmart results though... very few non-paid/Zeal results, if any.
It makes perfect sense that MSN held Looksmart hostage, waited, and now got a better price or just flat acquired them for much less than it would have cost a few months ago. Seems like that would be pretty inevitable. No way would MSN want to go through the year using Ink.
