---- Paying for Inktomi

I GUARANTEE it happened to me just this week. If you want to sticky me I'll send you the domain name which had hundreds of pages indexed there, many in the top 10-30, up until a few days ago and is now not even findable via advanced search, search by domain name, ANYTHING!
I was just thinking this would be a really cool way to kill your competitors' listings real quick! Especially ones who have tons of un-paid listings. Just pick the most obscure, useless page on their site and pay the $15 each or whatever, to submit it for indexing on Ink and Fast. Suddenly all their other pages are bye-bye.
Anyone know if there is any way a multi-million$ corporation could coerce Ink/Fast into telling who submitted their page for indexing? Would the submitter be liable for damages or would Ink/Fast?
