So there is hope if you submit a few pages that the rest will be picked up or not?

For one of my sites (which was brand new), I only submitted the homepage and approx 25 other pages got in (with a deep crawl). Only the index page was indexed at first, and after about 6 months of being in the index, I then got my other pages indexed.

Or what if you in free and do PFI for those that INK has missed, were there any effects to your other listings?

They'll probably drop your current listings once you go PFI.
