Same here. Our site went from #1 to nowhere all of a sudden - apparently some sort of algo change. The site had not been reindexed or spidered since, so I went for PFI hoping I would be able to get some answers. Both bCentral and PositionTech have been very unhelpful - stonewalling in fact.

Fortunately, we are still number one in Google and most others. By the way, my main search term is not very competitive - I'm probably the only one using it as a keyword! (I've looked at many SERPs).

Everything "Citizen Kane" says about Ink is 100% true. Give me Google any day.
