What baffles me is why there is no allowance for human intervention. With your ongoing problem, as researched as it has been, it seems as though someone at Ink should be able to pull up a database and type your URL into it, fixing the problem. Guess that's how things work in my little dreamworld.
That's the problem... most don't have a contact at Inktomi. In fact, I know for a fact that some of the resellers don't have contacts at Inktomi.
