We are still gone. Over two months MIA. I have literally spent over 100 hours working and diagnosing this problem.... to no avail. Ink and my reseller seem sure that it's not a PFI problem.
Like I said, my site disappeared right after PFI, so naturally, it appeared that it was caused by PFI. I am at a complete loss. Positiontech was helpful for a while (when they thought the had an answer)... now, that my other page has been removed and the problem hasn't been fixed (like they said it would)... I can't get them to return my calls at all.
Hopefully we can find some kind of resolution soon. This has been a maddening experience.
