---- If I'm crawled, am I included? I didn't pay!

I've seen slurp hit many of my pages on a site I've recently redesigned (new structure and content), for
example:

lj1042.inktomisearch.com - - [19/Sep/2003:15:01:04 -0400] "GET /page-name-here.html HTTP/1.0" 200 32258 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Slurp/cat; slurp@inktomi.com; [inktomi.com...]

Does this mean that these pages are included in Ink's
results? Would I benefit from their paid inclusion? Would I need to pay for each page to be included, or just the root page?

I'm sure these are FAQs, but I couldn't find a FAQ or introduction, so if there's such a URL, please let me know.

Thanks!
