Page is a not externally linkable

Another site that I have has about 20,000 HTML entry pages and Google has sucked in about 12,000 of them. I have Google suck it in in stages. I list about 100 dummie pages on the front page and then when those are sucked in - I link each of them to 100 of the HTML pages. What will happen if I get de-leasted from Google? Is there a way back there? Alex
Out of about 30,000 pages that I have - Google listed about 15,000 of them.
