Yahoo is a directory, it includes sites that are submitted to it, period.

Google, on the other hand, is a crawler, and it will include all pages that it finds while crawling.

So the answer to your question is both yes and no. Yahoo will only include widgets.com in their directory (assuming they decide to include it), but Google will follow the links and include all three (plus all their pages).
