Tangibly, or philosophically? Are you seeing only more resent submissions go live? MarkJH said that only the pages submitted after July 3rd made it back in. I haven't had time to confirm this.
I am very agressive about resubmitting to ink. I submit up to 20 pages a day per site and resubmit every 30 days. Also I submit to canada, hotbot, answers, and goo.
