It definitely sounds like you are banned. And from what NFFC has said (since I haven't seen the pages myself), it is probably due to tactics that AV considers spam (hidden text, machine generated doorways, etc.) The only way to reverse this (without changing your domain and IP) is by getting rid of all your offending pages and emailing AV to let them know you took care of the problem.
