If you want an honest answer I would say yes, you're banned.

If your domain is the one I think it is you have *no* pages in AV at all. If the pages you submitted to AV are the same as the ones listed in Google then I am *sure* you are banned.

As to seeing Scooter visit, is this only after you submit, he will still come to check for 404's.

This isn't intended as a criticism of your site or your promotional tactics, just the simple fact that AV does not like these type of pages.
