Based on NFFC's posting ( [webmasterworld.com...] ) I would say that all it seems is happening is that Inktomi is spidering the Looksmart directory and using Looksmart's descriptions in favor of devising their own. Cross-checking their own listings against Looksmart might have struck them as a way of validating some of their listings.
