| AdSense ads not being re-enables

A blog that I'm working with had AdSense disabled by Google apparently because the blog had a post that contained links to movie upload sites. The links themselves have been removed (<a href> was removed, although the text remains) and the site was resubmitted for consideration, but Google won't re-enable AdSense. Any insight? Does the text for those sites have to be removed as well?

Is the content you have on the pages unique and is it useful for a human visitor?
