What specific challenges are you running into?
If you're a beginner, I always suggest starting with simply reading Google's own help guides. They're actually very thorough.

you can improve your ppcs by pulling xml feed from the following companies: miva, 7search, plexious, affinity... they're pretty good and pay on time...
