Hi,
Just tried out Bidvertiser as they have this free $25 in clicks deal.
I figured what have I got to lose? The first $25 is free, my guess that it would go rather fast.
Then after that you will be charged automatically for really horrible traffic.
As son as my account was activated I had received 13 clicks at 20 cents a click that could only be compared to the traffic from 1 cent Goclick.
They were all one click and untraceable...
Dropped the ad before they started to charge me

why do you ask such? if a site can not either a publisher or a advertising?
