I have had an account with Kanoodle for quite a long time, a few years anyway. In the past few months I noticed that my account frequently recharged every few days. It wasn't nearly the amount I spend with Adwords or Overture so I didn't sweat it until today, I noticed in my email inbox that every other day I had a 250 dollar charge. I veiwed my payments report to notice that 5,000 USD accrued over the time. Out of 30 keywords only 4 had the majority of the clicks, and these 4 keywords were generally less popular than ones with zero clicks.
I know that PPC Fraud is a problem in the industry, but has it been possible to recover from the small company like Kanoodle? Or is my money as good as gone forever?
At a minimum I paused all keywords, and emailed the company since it is Saturday night and the support center is closed. But I would like to understand the problem and its consequences before I communicate with them further.

It's not gone and they are not that small. If you make an inquiry into it they will most likely rectify it for you. I have done it for several of my clients and always have been satisfied if i had an issue.

They did respon early monday morning which was the next business day and they said the will review this case but it can take a week. I am glad to hear positive reinforcement about Kanoodle because while the quality of the traffic may not be as great as ADW, Y!, and MSN; they traffic was generally less expensive.
