Hi. I just started a pinterest profile for me and my site the other day, ive put pin buttons on all my pages and i have 'optimized' my pages for pinterest, baseiccly i have added more images and videos and 'pin worthy' contnet to my pages, i started to follow anyone who is in my niche and my niche is baseiccly pinterests whole userbase (recipes, crafts, photography and shopping coupons) my demographic for my site has always been 90% women and pinterest is a dream come true marketing wise but anyway because i run quite a large network of sites in this niche i started to get thousands of followers when i put the pinterest profile link on my site, i followed back 600 people who followed me and it seems thats my limit now, i cant follow anyone else, i have seen other accounts who are following 3,000+ users, maybe there is a daily limit i dont know, i know twitter only allows you to follow 2,000 people untill you get a few hundred followers back
does anyone else know anything about limitation wise on following?

The only dealings I have had with pinterest, is to raise DMCA's. But what has all this to do with link delevopment ? I'm lost.

i know pinterest is getting a lot of dmca's recently, i dont even think pinterest links count for backlinks i think its nofollow
its more 'social media marketing' just for traffic really

I only pin my own photos. So not worried about this. And I don't mind if other people pin them which they do.
