1. Can be data from Google triggers received by php?
Example: CTA button will be clicked and Google will push data to API and PHP will read it inside mail script.
2. Can be received new/old visitors ratio into system and calculate keywords efficiency with the bounce rate?
3. How to set my cookies name into Google system?
Is this technically possible?

When you say Google system are you thinking of a specific part? You mean for analytics, for adsense, for adwords?
What does CTA mean? Not sure what a CTA button is.
Do you mean new/old visitors as reported by Google Analytics or are you trying capture that yourself in your own system?
