Hi

I am running this on localhost . it is giving me error

As the warning states, it can't find '../includes/adapter-config.inc.php' - this is a path relative to the current directory. Where is this file on your system? I would guess that this file would set $soapclient_path (which is not set), hence your 3rd warning and Fatal Error.
