While having an availability calender is very useful - do you really need to automate online payments for a site with just 5 villas?
If this is automated, then you will (I presume) not be able to take simultanous bookings from other sources without risk of double booking.
For this number of villas, I would have thought you would enter into communication with prospective renters and accept payments by whatever sytem you wish
