hi all.
Please help, I need a code that can upload the image without refreshing the page, then it must show the image name and a delete button, to have opportunity to delete it.

This is typically accomplished by using a hidden iframe element. You can find some plug-ins from the different JavaScript projects like jquery, prototype, etc.
