We start with a page that has a form with first name, last name and email address. When submitted you are taken to a page that has 2 frames. The first name, last name and email address from the form will be included in the url using the get method to auto populate the email address field in the form in the bottom frame. The top frame pulls a header file from our server no problem. The bottom frame pulls a URL from a database. We have a DB of URL’s that go to an external webpage that contains a form. We want it so that when the user clicks submit on the form and is taken to a thank you page, the program will check the db and see that the thank you page is not in the list of URL’s in the db and will then go to the next URL in the db. It will keep doing this for all of the URL’s in the db. Keep in mind the forms are on external pages and we have no control over them. Possible to do?

Of course its possible. You'll have to go back and forth from your server and the external pages, but you can keep track of your progress using query strings. Just plan it well.
