i'm confuse how to get those milliseconds and and etc... where will i base?

got it.. hehehe sorry for the post..
beginning of the page..
$starttime = explode(' ', microtime());
$starttime = $starttime + $starttime;
end of the page...
$mtime = explode(' ', microtime());
$totaltime = $mtime + $mtime - $starttime;
printf('Page loaded in %.3f seconds.', $totaltime);
