Does someone know of a way or script that would email when a php warning is found on a page?

I know you didn't say you were doing this, but I'll repeat it here anyway ... never send your error messages directly to the browser on a production site, but send them to an error log. At least then you have record of the issues and you can resolve them. Another nice feature in PHP is custom error handling. You can set your own error handler and within your error handling functions you can do whatever you wish, including email yourself.
