| Takes ages to load phpbb2

HI, I am new to web servers. I've just installed phpbb2 on my computer, it's a vanilla version. When I open it at home, the pages come up quiet fast but when I tried to open the page at work, it takes a long time, sometimes even time out. Any idea why is that?

The best thing to do is to check the phpbb forums [phpbb.com] if the issue you have is already discussed there. Product specific questions are best answered on their respective discussion forums.
