| https pages being blocked on tablets/smartphones, what do we do?

Just realized that our https (cart) pages are being blocked my the chrome browser and likely other browsers due to an "invalid security seal". We were very surprised by this because WMT detects nothing wrong with your site, and analytics reports taht we do recieve sales from users with these devices.
our security seal is valid, and has never ever caused an issue on a pc. Any knowledge on why this would happen and how i can direct my developer to implement a solution? Just wanted to find out if the solution to this is already out there before we start scouring the ends of the internet.

do you serve content to these devices on a (different) subdomain?
