|I have a Nook|
NookColor to be specific

And I am posting using it now. I have had it for a week or so.
It isreally not built for outgoing to the web. But for reading, I am enjoying it. $260. Wifi only. I highly recommend it as a reader.
WW is difficult to nav with the touch screen. WW is an odd duck and would require some thought to make it easier. Maybe just a page of large nav buttons.
Thisis really slow going, typing like this.

Let me know what kind of apps for it you think will be killer.

Games seem popular, according to the above. Not for me.
INSTAPAPER might be useful. TextPlus and Dragon Dictation look useful, don't know if their available or not yet. The Nook has Pandora.
But, really, I'm happy with reading books and some websites.
Eventually, you have to have a life and get away from the web.

Good overview of what the Nook does and does not do from David Pogue in today's NYT.
