Advertising On Apple Mobile May Run At A Premium of $1Million [online.wsj.com]
Setting a high bar for its debut in the advertising business, Apple Inc. aims to charge close to $1 million for ads on its mobile devices this year and perhaps even more to be among the first, ad executives say.

Apple is hitting the road to showcase its new mobile-device advertising capability, dubbed iAd, and has indicated it could charge as much as $10 million to be part of a handful of marketers at the launch, according to a person familiar with the matter.

I know, you guys may scoff that I am willing to pay this much. ;)

But I just know there will be a big payoff, like my Super Bowl ads for my DotComs in the 90's. You can't afford not to be in it!

I'm sure my venture capitalists will be quite pleased. I wasn't planning to tell them too soon, but I'll probably need to talk to them about my indoor pool and raquetball courts for my three employees.
