Hi,

I am trying to develop a sort of personal expense calculator which will take input about income and expenses from user and then calculate the balance.
For example first it will ask what is the monthly income, then all expenses one by one like Utility, Car, Education, Food e.t.c. and then at the end of month will present user with report as to how much it saved.
I also plan to do a voice over which will tell user about commands in audio like saying "Please enter food expense" e.t.c.

Now the thing is I am a little confused about shall I use MIDP 1.0 for it or MIDP 2.0. I read that MIDP 1.0 doesn't support audio so that voice over feature can't be included but then MIDP 1.0 has more reach and users than MIDP 2.0. So I want to know:

1. Is there some report/data available on market share of MIDP 1.0 vs MIDP 2.0 i.e. number of devices that support each of them...some sort of rough figure or estimate will also do

2. Apart from audio feature can other features be made in MIDP 1.0?

Thanks
