Arc Mouse
Microsoft's collapsible wireless mouse

 5:07 pm on Jul 12, 2008 (gmt 0)

Microsoft might have a winner here

Featuring a revolutionary new design shaped like a crescent moon, Arc folds closed to reduce in size by almost half, giving consumers the comfort of a full-sized mouse with the portability of a notebook mouse. Arc is all about the fashion edge, with a stylish micro transceiver that you can leave right in your computer and its available in two colors red or black.

Very cool design. Looks hard to use, looks easy to have stolen.

Groovy! I'd like to have one just for the sake of having one, but I think I'd prefer the standard mouse.

Looks like that link now has no story - they say the information is "under embargo". If you do a search on the obvious terms you can still find a few articles and photoa online, but they are disappearing pretty fast.

There are still quite a few photos out there. What a cool looking mouse!

If it's small enough when folded that would make a nice replacement for the mini-mice I have to contend with when travelling.

Coincidentally MS might be introducing new Sidewinder keyboard as well (check out that mouse as well). Doubt these pics will be pulled :)
