mobile number capturing users mobile number decbrad msg:3339990 12:42 pm on May 15, 2007 (gmt 0) Hi everybody... quick question, I hope it's not too off topic!
I am trying to develop an online form so that my users can enter their mobile phone number correctly on my website.
Basically I want to make it completely fool-proof, where by they would just enter their number (eg. 087 7327273) and the system would cut the first 0 and append their country code ...00353877327273
If anybody has seen this implemented or can give me advice on a different way to do it, i'd be most greatful!
Thanks in advance!

Hi, Decbrad, I just have a little suggestion: I guess you would have to ask your visitors in the form what their country is, because if you determine the country with the IP adress and the visitor is in roaming, the country code would be false. Cheers
