| Opera no longer accessible

I have enjoyed Opera for long time. Suddenly it stopped working. When I try to access, I receive message that Opera is already running. I removed Opera from my computer and tried to reinstall but receive message that Opera is already running. Odd since Opera is not even in my computer. I try to contact opera to no avail. I can not locate their phone number.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld pj4peace. In Windows open Task Manager and see if opera.exe is running. If it is then end the process. Then reinstall Opera.
