Using a bittorrent client instead of opera's
Can't find settings for this

For whatever reason, when I use opera for bittorrents, it's 100 times slower than using another client. I want to change my preference for downloading torrents from opera to another client. Any suggestions?

I've looked for this option everywhere, there doesn't appear to be any way to select an alternative Bittorrent client in Opera 9.0.

As for the speed issues, do the settings in Opera resemble those you use in your usual client?

Had to go to the source and found this:

On the address bar type in

opera:config

Click BitTorrent.

Uncheck Enable. Click save

Nice and simple :) Wonder why this isn't in their help section?

Is the Opera BitTorrent client really that bad? I was hoping it would be better than some of those other resource hogs out there.
