$125/m is a great starting point and I'd imagine it pays your server & domain costs no problem.
When you say 'useful' I would not undervalue the service you're already offering. Clearly there is a market for the links you sell and you're being rewarded accordingly.
If you're looking for a new goal, what kind of work are you wanting to do or already specialise in. Have you considered looking at sites like e-lance to trying and earn more cash from your existing skillset?

Yes it pays 2 my servers and all domains. I want to make my own site or service usefull to people and earn money from it. So I ask for advice what king of site or service it can be?

I understand, and creating some site/service of your own and starting from scratch is a great position to be in.
The question is so open ended it is a bit hard for someone else to answer though. If you're going to create a new site and want to earn money through ads, try and find a niche with relatively less competition as some subject areas are very crowded with thousands of sites.
You could also try something a little more financially risky by purchasing an already existing website and develop it to its full potential.
If I personally were to think about building a 'service' a good place to start looking at is mobile services.
