Safari/Firefox display all images, IE displays only one

Msg#: 4118126 posted 2:33 pm on Apr 19, 2010 (gmt 0)

Hi all,

So I am still pretty new to building websites, and I am working on a page with a vertical scrolling gallery. I am using HTML, CSS, and Javascript on this page. I validated the HTML and CSS and they passed.

My problem is the gallery. All of the images display on Safari, but only the first image displays on IE; the rest of the images don't appear at all, I don't even get an error box for them. The scrolling action is working on both Safari and IE.

Any help or guidance is most appreciated! Thanks!

Just kidding--after a few hours, I've figured it out. Simply had to remove the align tags for the images.

Oh Internet Explorer, how I hate you. :-P

be sure to use pixel gifs ...1 pixel gif in rows/columns...instead of having them empty...certain browsers come out funny that way...and use # for color codes...otherwise FF won't see it but IE will...etc

<div> tags will also screw with visibility and alignment of images
