your best option would be to login to your web hosting account. Your ftp details me be available from. If you can't locate the details from there you should contact the host and request they reset it. If you are not able to log in at your host email them directly. Mack.

If you do need to email them it may speed things up if you can use an email address @ the domain in question. At least they then know you are related to the domain. Mack.

Hello Mac! I tried to log in to the web hosting account but they show a message stating that the password needs to be changed for security reasons. Now i can figure out why i initially couldn't connect to the FTP. The CPanel and the FTP passwords are the same. Now i asked my client to check her email as they would be sending a link wherefrom the password can be reset. She hasn't got any email yet! Lets wait and watch when do they send that email.

She might want to check her spam folder, those emails are automatically generated and tend to be blocked by some email providers.
