I have downloaded a template I like for my website. It includes a java dropdown menu. My problem is that I can only fill in text in the page called "Home", the links to the other pages aren't there, so I can't write anything on the "About" page.
How do I make the link so that only the content text changes but the header, footer and navbar stays?

Here is my code:

<body>
<div class="PageBackgroundGradient"></div>
<div class="Main">
<div class="Sheet">
<div class="Sheet-tl"></div>
<div class="Sheet-tr"></div>
<div class="Sheet-bl"></div>
<div class="Sheet-br"></div>
<div class="Sheet-tc"></div>
<div class="Sheet-bc"></div>
<div class="Sheet-cl"></div>
<div class="Sheet-cr"></div>
<div class="Sheet-cc"></div>
<div class="Sheet-body">
<div class="Header">
<div class="Header-png"></div>
<div class="Header-jpeg"></div>
<div class="logo">
<h1 id="name-text" class="logo-name"><a href="#">Name</a></h1>
<div id="slogan-text" class="logo-text">Slogan</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="nav">

<div class="r"></div>
<ul class="artmenu">
