Hi there,
I just signed up to a cheapish web host and set up my websites email address. Unfortunately I am having a few problems sending out emails. When I send them, they are marked as spam and placed into people’s junk mail box folder. I was wondering why this is and whether there is anything I can do to change it. Will I have to swap web hosts or is there a simpler solution? Any help would be really appreciated.

Sent out marked as spam? I doubt very much that they are, far more likely that the recipient email providers are objecting to something.

Is this happening to emails set to individuals or only to bulk mailings?

Is this to EVERY email service or particularly to the big four of Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and AOL?

Are any bouncing your emails as spam?

Are you using your ISP's SMTP server or your web hosts?
