msg:3944498 | 2:22 am on Jul 2, 2009 (gmt 0) | Hi I am building a website for a friend of mine who is in a band. The band plays cover music, not original music. I would like to have a page on the site where a visitor to the site can play songs that the band recorded. It would be nice if the player was on the site and we didn't ahve to rely on Windows Media Player, Quicktime, or something like that. I have been researching and it looks like a flash player may be the way to go, but if someone has another suggestion, I am all ears! I have followed the instructions for installing the flash player and creating a playlist but the procedure is not geared towards a beginner like me. I have been looking into this for several days and have not found a tutorial that a newbie like me can follow. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to proceed. Thanks!

If you could offer any suggestions on what type of player and how to embed it into a web page I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
