A friend wants to install MS web expression 1 on his vista home premium system and gets error 1406 on installation. So he takes it to a major computer store which just happened to have an MS rep there, and not even they can install it. We have looked on the net for an answer, and there just doesn't seem to be one, many people seem to have the same problem, but no one (apart from the scam registry cleaner sites) can give an answer or help.
