I am looking for help with an idea I have for a tradeing/barter site.
I'm pretty resourceful but not a programmer or webmaster. Looking for help to point me in the right direction.

1. How do I create a secure login area?
2. How do I process credit card orders and or paypal?
3. Create a forum where buyers and sellers can get togther?
4. Best resources for software or hosting?

I'm attempting to get information together to attempt this myself or information to approach techie to create site.

1. Server-side scripting, such as PHP. Here's a thread: [webmasterworld.com...]
2. More information from PayPal here [cms.paypal.com]
3. There are a bunch of open-source solutions for this, take a look: OpenSourceCMS.com [php.opensourcecms.com]
4. Software: searching open-source script repositories such as [hotscripts.com...] , [sourceforge.net...] , etc... Hosting: Find something that suits you. Specific companies cannot be mentioned here.

Thanks. I hope to bring this together.
doing lots of research and talking to people as much as possible without giving away concept. I see that hardly anyone reveals names of websites or services they are providing when asking questions.

I have busy weekend ahead.
