Tool for customers to edit website

 8:21 pm on Dec 23, 2007 (gmt 0)

Hello All and Happy Holidays

Have a question...
is there a tool besides Contribute to have clients update there site. i kinda want to have my clients create a website online by themselves...

step 1 - pick template (templates that i created)
step 2 - enter info
step 3 - pay

and if they want to update it...use this tool to login and edit...

or would i have to become an affilate with a company that does that....

i guess the closest thing in mind would be something like what Network Solutions offers to their DIFM (do it for me) sites

any help would be great.....

It's going to take some work, but you could use a content management system like Joomla or wordpress, along with some ready-made templates for them to choose from...

Google 'Flyspeck' and give it a whirl. I haven't tried it, but it looks pretty good, and has been round a while (with a recent update I see.)

(no affiliations with that product)

Flyspeck is good, I'll second that.
