Including "no index" "no follow" meta tag in vBulletin

I came across many message threads in this forum about including content="no index" and rel="follow" for all hrefs and in the robots.txt file to make vBulletin forum SEO friendly.

I am looking for the exact syntax to include these tags and the vBulletin templates in which they need to be included.

Also, need help on where I can locate the robots.txt file for the vBulletin forum site? The code that needs to be included in the robots file to stop Google from following all the duplicate pages.

Please Help! Sorry, if I am asking for information that is already available somewhere in this forum. In that case, request help to direct me to that thread.

Thanks in advance,
