Removing Facebook Page From Bing

I put up a Facebook page for my site for about a day and added the like button to my site. I got some likes but Bing crawled it as soon as I put it up. So of course it shows in 2nd slot in search results with description "0 likes.". So I hide the Facebook page for a week and deleted the like off my site but the hidden Facebook page is still the 2nd result in Bing.

So then I deleted the Facebook page altogether. A week later still there as 2nd result. So then I disavowed the link and at that point the deleted Facebook page is now #1 in Bing. Removed the disavow and it went back to #2.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of a deleted Facebook page from Bing?

I tried the bing feedback link when I posted the last message. Checked today and now the deleted non-existent Facebook page is showing number #1 in search results.

I guess I should not have contacted them about the non-existent facebook page since they have now also deleted my home page from search results. One of my mobile html pages still shows up.

This is really making me hate Bing and Facebook.
