I am thinking in very a high level sense : i. Contextual Ads for the small business (e.g. exact copy of Adsense only done way way better with phone support and site by site authorisation ii. Site search for websites to use Bing technology - from which they can gather great feedback and data iii. Date filtering - for crying out loud implement this against all searches, rather than trying to guess where I could need to think about a date iv. Just keep it simple - you will out do G by keeping search search with a few ads - no clutter and paying for a few deals with Kindle, Firefox etc etc. Any more features we can start lobbying for - as these will be simple things to get people using Bing right now!
