You absolutely do not need to submit your site or any URL to a search engine anymore. The search engine have crawlers that crawl the web, most likely they have already crawled your entire web site within hours of you making changes to it. Search engine submission stopped being necessary around 2003 or so, perhaps even earlier. It's an old scam that web site owners keep falling for. It should be illegal to charge someone money to "submit their web site to search engines".

Haha, these days we don't have to submit because they know we are going to have a website before we do. They heard our friends discussing it in social media, they're already standing at the RJ45 port waiting for you to load some content so they can crawl it.
