| Bing serp results,Whats actually happening.?

I search for my keyword in bing it #3 position(After clearing all history),Previous day it was in #5 .After seconds I refresh the page then the rank shown was 7.Like this the search results changed 4 times in day for me.What actually happened with bing?Am confused.?

They simply test you in different positions. Check your average click and impression position in WMT.
