Bing search suggestion not working on bing U.S outside the U.S

I'm in Australia and when I use Bing U.S the search suggestion is not working.
I have tried this on a few computers and with all browsers.
When I use Bing Australia the search suggestion works.
It was fine up until 5-6 weeks ago.
Have you noticed this?
Is there a fix for this ?
