I recently did a search for a specific business name in Bing and it seems that only 5 natural result listings were present. The top portion was the local results, followed by 5 natural results, reviews, and related searches.
It seems that Bing is pulling in reviews to their search pages, however it is not the same across the board. Another thing to note is that these reviews seem to be pulling in from multiple sources not just one review site.
Has anyone else seen this in their searches on Bing? Does anyone think that these new facebook like and review "sections" that show up in SERPs will start limiting the number of natural results on page 1 for Bing?
Ya there is a tab that goes across "Web" "Images" and "Local Listings".
It is for the travel industry (specifically hotels), note that this isn't true across searching for other non-branded search terms. I am wondering why this is the case, besides the fact that there may not be reviews for a hotel. When I searched other non-branded keyword terms that were similar to the original term, the "reviews" section did not show up on the search results.
